Moshe a 24 year veteran of the Israeli Air Force. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in electro-optics for the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology) and a MA in Economic Policy (Cum Laude). Moshe was in charge of innovative technology and strategy development in the IAF.

After retiring from the IAF, Moshe joined Tadiran Communications (TASE: TDCM) and became the director of the Communication Systems business unit. He was in charge of the unit R&D, production and business development for its entire embedded communications product line (including WiMax P2MP national system, Satellite communications, IRCS – Integrated Radio Communication System and others). The product line was sold world-wide to both commercial companies, government agencies and militaries. Products included both stationary and mobile communication systems. Moshe was also in charge of the unit’s international production subcontractors. Later on, the company was acquired by Elbit Systems Land and C4I (NASDAQ: ESLT). In Elbit, Moshe became the Senior Director of Defence Satcom (satellite communications) Systems business unit, which was a large unit within Elbit specializing in development and manufacturing of state-of-the-art satellite communication systems for ground, vehicle, naval and air applications.

Following Elbit, Moshe became the executive vice president of ExactCost Healthcare Performance Technologies, a US based startup and General Manager of its Israeli subsidiary focusing on the medical ERP market. Following the ExactCost acquisition by a large US medical company, Moshe became the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of an Israeli startup focusing on embedded satellite communication solutions, primarily for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). During his work with SatixFy, Moshe founded and became an executive director of a South African satellite broadband service provider Moya Broadband. Lastly, before founding GuardKnox, Moshe was the CEO of an Israeli startup TruMedia, which developed and produced innovative computer vision devices for audience measurement and digital signage market.

Moshe brings to GuardKnox over 15 years of technological management and over 10 years of global business management in the field of high end embedded electronics, in both startups and large corporations. Moshe also teaches at Tel Aviv University Policy MA program, Executive Master of Public Health and at the Inter-Disciplinary Center of Hertzeliya MBA and Global MBA programs.
